We’ve partnered with Four Pillars to bring you the best Bloody Bottomless Brunch you’ve ever seen, all for the launch of their much-anticipated 2019 Bloody Shiraz Gin.
If you haven’t heard of the Bloody Shiraz Gin, now is the time to get acquainted, and join the masses of Gin-thusiasts all around Australia (it’s kind of a big deal). Inspired by their vino neighbours in the Yarra Valley, the legends at Four Pillars had the genius (or gin-ius?) idea of combining their Rare Dry Gin with some of the best Shiraz grapes in Australia to create the Bloody Shiraz Gin. You can be amongst the first to sample their 2019 release at our Bloody Bottomless Brunch on Saturday June 1.
Join us from 11am and enjoy two glorious hours sipping on Gin & Tonics, Gin Spritzers and our twist on a Bloody Mary made using either Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin or their signature Rare Dry Gin (if shiraz isn’t your thing). Paired with another decedent menu of mouth-watering brunch dishes for your selection. Pulled pork waffles, toasted eggs benny croissants and maple smoked bacon are just a few of the drool-worthy items on show.
