Hosted by David Bone from Cuttings Wine, “Not Quite Shiraz” will be an evening dedicated to some of the more unique shiraz blends on the market.

From 6:30pm on Wednesday 11 September, enjoy a look at the quintessentially Aussie blend of Shiraz Cabernet, the Rhone inspirations of Shiraz/Viognier and Grenache/ Shiraz along with a few interesting others. Taste your way through this exceptional selection of wines as you enjoy a carefully matched five-course Degustation menu by Head Chef Ben King.

Gather your vino loving friends and prepare for a gourmet five-course feast with matched wines from the boutique winery.
