Looking for something a little more private with just the right amount of atmosphere? Our Front Room and Lounge Room are ideal for Friday night gatherings — whether it’s after-work drinks, a team celebration or a birthday with your closest mates. Each space is cosy, full of character, and perfect for groups from 20 to 100. If you want to be a little closer to the action, then the stunning Glasshouse garden oasis offers seating around a beautiful glowing tree centrepiece – or take the party straight to the ‘Backyard’ with easy access to bars and dancefloor!

Inspired by the grunge of London’s underground, our Lounge Room is dressed with oil paintings, a fire place, a blend of leather and wood furnishings and finished with decadent velvet drapes for complete privacy.

Inside Exclusive

The largest area of the venue available for hire, our Inside Exclusive area features a blend of leather and wooden furnishing with mood lighting to create an atmosphere of sophistication and warmth. Exclusive use of the inside can accommodate 250 guests with a range of seating options and large island bar for ease of service. The area is equipped with multiple TVs, full AV compatibility, DJ Booth, and mirror ball, ensuring all our entertainment needs are met.

Glasshouse

Our Glasshouse garden oasis offers low bench and high stool seating with a beautiful glowing Syzygium tree centrepiece. Just a short distance from the main bar, this space is in the heart of the vibrant venue atmosphere, perfect for smaller cocktail style celebrations.

Upstairs Exclusive

Our Upstairs area is our completely private area composed of 3 event spaces, the Valley Room, Pocket Room and Constance Corner. These three spaces combined can accommodate up to 150 guests, cocktail style. Hiring the entire upstairs offers you exclusive use of the main bar, balcony, pool table room and toilet facilities. This area is traditionally styled and has full AV and Audio compatibility, so is very popular for 21st Birthdays and Christmas functions.

Located on the ground floor, our Inside Exclusive is the largest space available for hire — a warm, stylish setting featuring leather booths, wooden finishes, and moody lighting. Perfect for large-scale celebrations, it fits up to 250 guests and includes a central island bar, multiple seating options, and full AV capabilities including TVs, a DJ booth, and a mirror ball to set the scene.

Had good meals and drinks here. Nice layout and friendly staff. Pop in for great weekly lunch specials. Don't forget happy hour from 4pm. They also usually have a guest beer for $10 a pint.

The bartender bloke, Pete, I think he said his name was, beyond being a Greek god, appeared to be enjoying what I would have assumed to be the worst shift of a bartender's life -people flocking the bar and shouting out- but he stood strong, like a pillar, and I hope only the best for him

Came here with work friends and it was such a good vibe and loved the cocktails there. Food was average. However, majority of staff were ok. Security can calm down a little.

I can't fault this place, I come here often. I booked a booth on Friday night as it was my birthday. Unfortunately someone else was using it so the barman (I didn't get his name) moved them on an cleaned it up for me. Absolute professional, made me feel valued. The food is well priced and the beer special is always the best. Great atmosphere with live music and plenty of screens to watch sport on. Will be back, as usual.

Can I have a function or private event at the Osbourne Hotel?

Yes. The Osbourne Hotel has nine bookable function spaces holding 30 to 250 guests, from the Lounge Room for 18 seated up to Inside Exclusive for 250 standing. Does the Osbourne Hotel have a rooftop?

No, the Osbourne Hotel does not have a rooftop. Our outdoor space is the Backyard – a ground-level courtyard with its own bar, timber tables, graffitied walls and a large stadium screen, holding 120 standing or 50 seated. The Glasshouse is a separate garden space under a glass roof, holding 35.

Does the Osbourne Hotel have pokies, gaming or a TAB?

No. The Osbourne Hotel is not a gaming venue – there are no poker machines and no TAB. We are a pub, sports bar, function venue and late-night entertainment venue, with nine function spaces where a gaming room would sit at most Valley competitors.

What do function packages cost at the Osbourne Hotel?

Function packages at the Osbourne Hotel start with standing canapes at $24 per person and a two-course shared feast at $69 per person. Beverage packages start at $48 per person for two hours.
